2. What we collect
We collect business contact information you submit through registration and contact forms: company name, website, country, contact name, work email, declared verticals, GEOs, traffic sources, indicative volume ranges, licensing references and any free-text notes you provide.
We do not collect or process player accounts, player identity documents, wagering activity or payment card data. This is a business-to-business platform only.
3. Why we use it
To verify applicants, to operate the marketplace, to match affiliates with relevant operator programmes, and to respond to commercial enquiries. Our legal basis is the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in running a B2B marketplace.
4. Sharing
Verified profile details are shown to the counterparty when you apply to a programme or receive an offer. We use infrastructure and hosting providers acting as processors. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Application data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, audit and dispute-resolution obligations.
6. Your rights
