1. Business-to-business service
Nestake Affiliates, operated by Nestake LLC SPV Series (Delaware, USA, EIN 36-5087217), is a business-to-business marketplace connecting licensed iGaming operators with professional affiliates. It is not a gambling service. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, operate games, or provide any consumer gambling product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, act on behalf of a business, and be legally permitted to enter commercial agreements in the iGaming sector in your jurisdiction. Operators must hold a valid gaming licence in at least one regulated market.
3. Accounts and verification
Access is granted after verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company, licensing and traffic information you submit, and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that submit false or misleading details.
4. Listings and commercial terms
Programme terms published on the marketplace are indicative and provided by operators. Nestake does not guarantee availability, accuracy or performance of any programme. Final commercial terms are agreed directly between operator and affiliate and, once accepted, are recorded as agreed terms on the partnership record.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for traffic obtained through fraud, incentivised or misleading advertising, brand bidding where prohibited, targeting of minors or self-excluded persons, or any activity that breaches advertising or gambling regulation in the relevant market.
6. Our role
Nestake provides discovery, structured terms and communication infrastructure. We are not a party to agreements between operators and affiliates, do not calculate commissions, do not track conversions and do not process affiliate payouts.
7. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue arising from commercial arrangements formed through the marketplace.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
